I could not find your comment section on your post about Thimpu Chorten, therefore I’m leaving my comment here. I enjoyed your trip. I felt as if I was on it with you. The pics are beautiful and yes you were right, the evening view is ethereal. I look forward to your other trips. Maybe I can write a story in one of your locations. 🙂

Hi Arpita…I am a big Travelling buff but long trips came to a halt after motherhood though I never miss a quick short breather once in while. Hoping to see places with you 🙂

Things change once you are a mom. But you should take mini trips just to refresh yourself, even if it is for a day. My sis does that, she leaves her baby boy with us for a day or two. You can do that too if you have the advantage of having family around! Till your next major adventure, I will take you around 🙂

You should go explore the North east of India as your next destination. (if you have not already done so 🙂 ).. You will not regret your decision.

I have explored the North east during my university days, have been to Dargeeling, Kalimpong & Shillong. Headed to Bhutan next month, on my way back will spend two days in Pelling. Which are your favorite North eastern destinations?
